As you may recall, yesterday I talked about what it is to deal with constant drama that is around us. But the truth of the matter is that drama for a neurodiverse individual like myself is very hard to process. Given the current state of our ever crumbling society, neurodiverse individuals are very fragile minded when it comes to the stress and drama that goes on.

Being out in the real world can be very traumatic at times and I know for a fact that every time I go out into it, I am constantly exposed to whatever is on the mind of those around me whether its at work or within my own family.

I think what needs to happen is that there needs to be what is known as “drama free” zones whether it would be a specific room in the home or workplace where any drama is left outside that specific zone. “Drama Free” zones are sort of like boundaries that someone like me is trying to put up like a white picket fence.

“Drama Free” zones don’t just have to be relegated to rooms or areas, but also on television and in movies as well. You can set drama free zones on specific types of media, regardless if they are popular with other people like realty shows or other forms of garbage media, like certain types of music.

Now, I get the fact that some people can’t live without drama and those are the types of people you have to try and avoid.

Heck, maybe some people are having a bad day, but that’s no excuse for that person’s behavior. Constant exposure to a person’s drama is very bad for someone’s mental health and it wasn’t until long ago that as a neurodiverse individual, I understood drama for what it is. I will discuss more in depth about drama free zones in the next blog.

Also, my apologies if I seem out of sorts while writing this blog as my computer’s battery is refusing to charge.

Catch you all later!!
